Q: How do I place my order?
A: You can drop us an email at shoppingisnotasin@hotmail.com or facebook inbox or whatsapp/sms/line us at 016-4133219.

Q: How do I make payments?
A: You can either transfer online/bank in through cash deposit/transfer through atm to our Maybank Account. For e-banking, please print screen and email us the transaction receipt as proof of payment.

Q: I am from Penang Island, can cash-on delivery be made? (face-to-face transaction) 
A: Yes. COD can be arranged within 2-3 days upon confirmation of order. COD can be made at E-gate, TESCO(egate) or Greenlane Mc Donald's etc.(anywhere within 5 minutes away from each location). Only for purchase above RM50 and must bank in full amount/deposit before COD.

Q: Are all the items restockable? 

A: Yes, everything shown in the blog and fb album is restockable unless stated limited editon/stock is no longer available otherwise. We will make a full refund if the item is out of stock.

Q: Why all of your items need a longer period (10-17days) to reach compared to other blogshops?
A: As all the items are personally handpicked from overseas, EVERYTHING IS IMPORTED, hence, they need some time to be delivered to Malaysia (please read our About carefully). Buyers who are in hurry to get your parcel within 1-2days are not advisable to purchase any items from us. Take note, dolls!

Step 2 - Wait for our confirmation and total price.
  
Step 3 - Make your payment to our Maybank account *Pls take note, payment must be made after sending in your order form, or else, your order will be cancelled*

Step 4 - Please notify us via EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP immediately after your payment is made. 
     
Step 5 - We will process ALL orders promptly with our colleagues in overseas once you've banked in. So, what you can do now is to sit back, relax and wait for your goods to arrive at your doorsteps within 10-15 working days! :)
